Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full life cycle recruitment for Energy Services roles across the enterprise. You will partner with executives, managers and SMEs to own and execute sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role offers fully remote work with requirement to reside within about an hour of a HomeServe depot (e.g., NY, NJ, PA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment of skilled trade or corporate roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to attract, engage, assess and onboard top talent in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills.
• Experience working on multiple requisitions across departments/locations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Boolean search operators, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, recruit and onboard top talent for multiple divisions.
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with executives and managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines through web sourcing, social media, events, and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and diverse talent pools.
