Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruiting life cycle for engineering, project management, operations, field services, and technician populations.

You will develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, review resumes, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and support offer recommendations, negotiations, and extensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in human resources, business, or a related area, or equivalent applicable recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting life cycle for multiple populations (engineering, operations, field services, technicians).
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers and proactively source candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings and interviews, and support offer negotiations and extensions.
