Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to support scientific operations in the United States, with a remote work arrangement.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial, scientific, and executive roles, partner with leaders, source passive candidates, and build pipelines across preclinical, labs, and client services. This role requires 7+ years of life sciences recruitment with internal experience and a Bachelor's in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter.
• Proven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent in life sciences (pharma/biotech/CRO/CDMO).
• Hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with Scientific Operations and Business Development leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Recruit for roles across preclinical, laboratory, scientific project management, client services, account management, and business development.
• Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting to engage passive candidates.
• Lead searches for leadership roles (Director, Senior Director, VP, etc.).
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and commercial functions.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to support hiring.
• Advise on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
• Facilitate candidate assessment, interviews, and offer negotiations.
