Johnson Controls is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Candidate Facing) to serve as a strategic recruiter for the business. You will design sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, translate labor market insights into actions, and deliver a standout candidate experience reflecting our values and employer brand.

You will own top-of-funnel recruiting, build talent pipelines, manage ATS communications, and coordinate structured interview teams across our manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience advising hiring managers.
• Ability to identify scarce skill sets and build forward-looking pipelines.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted talent advisor to the business and align hiring with workforce plans.
• Lead intake sessions clarifying success profiles, interview strategy, and compensation ranges.
• Advise on role design and structured interviews to increase fairness.
• Convert labor market data into guidance on location, channels, and time-to-fill.
• Coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring and tradeoffs between skills and time.
• Facilitate debriefs and ensure evidence-based decisions aligned to goals.
