Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum 2 years in HR or a related function including talent acquisition and university relations.
• Experience supporting campus recruiting, internship programs, or workforce planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and business partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns, co-ops, and early careers hires across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and execute selection processes.
• Represent Johnson Controls at career fairs and campus events.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process with timely communication and a positive experience.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and support workforce planning.
• Support employer branding and early talent programs to enhance campus presence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
