Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services and manage key hiring metrics.
• Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on labor market trends and competitive talent intelligence.
• Share market insights to influence hiring strategies with data storytelling.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate network across corporate and operations pools.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess talent.
• Collaborate with Americas TA and Global TA teams to align strategies.
• Ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices across the organization.
• Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for new requisitions.
• Champion continuous improvement with metrics and feedback.
