TUV SUD America is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive regional and global TA initiatives across the Americas. The role combines strategy, leadership, and data-driven decision making to shape attraction, sourcing, and employer branding programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or related role within international contexts.
• Strong understanding of global TA practices and labor-market trends.
• Experience leading TA projects with process improvement or tech implementation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance TA strategy and portfolio for the Americas.
• Develop data-informed talent attraction and employer branding strategies.
• Design and implement TA initiatives with regional leaders and global partners.
• Lead recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Analyze TA metrics and translate insights into action.
• Coach regional teams to strengthen capabilities and knowledge sharing.
