Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our global TA function through reporting, systems management, and AI-enabled recruiting. This full-time, remote role focuses on transparency, process excellence, and technology adoption across regions.

You will translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders, own Workday and Phenom administration, and drive TA tech initiatives and vendor management. Strong Excel skills and global experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TA operations, HR systems, or recruiting analytics.
• Ability to turn data into a clear performance story for senior leaders.
• Hands-on Workday administration; Phenom or similar CRM experience preferred.
• Experience owning or optimizing recruiting technology and media spend.
• Strong process design and change management skills.
• Advanced Excel/Office 365 and dashboard reporting experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams (US, India, Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and evolve TA reporting for leadership.
• Own TA metrics governance and cross-region comparability.
• Translate data into narratives and actionable insights.
• Deliver automated dashboards and productionize tools.
• Drive TA technology roadmap and tool adoption.
• Roll out AI capabilities with process redesign.
• Lead recruiter enablement and change management.
• Track AI impact on efficiency and cost avoidance.
• Function as Workday and Phenom admin; ensure integrations.
• Collaborate with IT/HRIS and vendors on issues.
• Manage TA tech budget and spend optimization.
• Provide vendor renewal analyses.
• Design standardized TA workflows across regions.
• Partner with Onboarding for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain recruiter-facing process docs.
• Work with Legal on process changes.
• Build recruiter capacity models.
• Forecast requisition volume with Finance/TA.
• Coordinate cross-region tool adoption.
• Provide training to recruiters.
• Own employer brand ops like Glassdoor.
