Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our global TA function. You will own performance reporting, TA tech adoption, and system governance, with hands-on Workday administration and Phenom coordination. This remote, full-time role supports US and international teams and does not sponsor work authorization.

You’ll drive cost-aware technology decisions, build dashboards, and partner with HRIS, strategy, and TA leadership to optimize the candidate experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable performance insights for leaders.
• Experience administering Workday ATS; Phenom or similar CRM preferred.
• Experience optimizing recruiting tech spend and renewals.
• Strong process design and change-management skills.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboard development experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance insight and business reporting to TA leadership.
• Drive TA technology roadmap, adoption, and AI/tool enablement.
• Own Workday and Phenom configurations, integrations and access.
• Manage TA tech spend, vendor analysis, and renewals.
• Design standardized TA workflows across regions and roles.
• Partner with onboarding to improve candidate-to-hire experience.
• Develop recruiter-facing process documentation and SLAs.
• Coordinate tool adoption across US and international teams.
• Own employer-brand operations and EVP execution.
