You will partner with the COO and CEOs to translate hiring needs into a reliable, high‑quality talent pipeline, driving end-to-end recruiting for PE-backed growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; at least 2 years in private equity, finance, and operations.
• Strong sourcing instincts — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards.
• Data-driven mindset — track metrics to improve process, not just report activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end recruiting for all roles across portfolio companies and corporate team.
• Design and implement scalable hiring processes: intake, sourcing, screening, interview structure, offers, onboarding.
• Manage ATS, data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for leadership.
• Build employer brand—careers page, social presence, candidate experience.
• Own time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and sourcing channel ROI.
