Tucker’s Farm Corporation is seeking a CEO to lead a ~$40M equity PE-backed commercial services roll-up. This remote-first role offers substantial equity upside and a path to a hybrid structure to be determined.

You will drive growth through acquisitions, build platform playbooks, and lead post-acquisition operations across units. The position requires deep investing experience, strong execution, and a talent for recruiting and developing management teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Investing experience: sourcing, underwriting, deal execution, and integration.
• Strong operational leadership with budgeting, forecasting and KPI discipline.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop a high-performing management team.
• Track record of leading M&A-based rollups and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy ~$40M of equity through strategic acquisitions.
• Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities with Tucker’s Farm M&A team.
• Lead integration of acquired businesses and develop playbook for expansion.
• Oversee platform operations after first asset: budgeting, KPIs, resource allocation, recruitment & development.
