Tucker’s Farm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to scale recruiting across the portfolio and corporate team. You will partner with the COO and CEOs to forecast hiring needs, design scalable processes, and deliver high-quality pipelines in a fully remote setting.

We value hunger, drive, and the ability to operate with limited structure. 5+ years in recruiting with PE/finance exposure is preferred, with performance-based compensation and a proactive, data-driven approach.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; at least 2 years in private equity, finance, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build recruiting infrastructure, not just fill requisitions.
• Strong sourcing instincts and familiarity with niche job boards.

Mansioni

• Build and manage end-to-end recruiting for all roles across portfolio and corporate teams.
• Design scalable hiring processes: intake, sourcing, screening, interview structure, offers, onboarding handoff.
• Manage ATS, data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for leadership.
• Build Tucker’s Farm's employer brand: careers page, social presence, candidate experience.
• Own time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and sourcing channel ROI as KPIs.
