Job summary

Cable One Inc. is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the day-to-day TA operations, deliver effective recruiting strategies, and provide strong hiring manager support across the organization.

The role demands strong leadership, deep TA expertise, analytical capabilities, and operational excellence, with a focus on advancing recruiting processes and driving the hiring of top talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR / Talent Management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters or TA specialists.
• Strong understanding of recruiting operations, workforce planning, and TA tech.
• Experience developing and interpreting recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across multiple functions.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure hiring goals, service levels, and candidate experience expectations are met.
• Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote consistency in recruiting practices, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead TA operations, workflows, policies, and process enhancements.
• Serve as liaison for TA technology, dashboards, and reporting needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and recruiting technology partnerships.
