• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment process management including staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for internal positions at client sites.
• Manage requisition lifecycle including job postings and social media activity.
• Build and maintain talent pipeline and core competency requisitions.
• Oversee recruitment technology and ATS/VMS systems.
