Property Plus Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and steer analytics across the business. You will mentor a team of analysts, drive remote renewal discussions, and deliver dashboards that empower Riverside managers with real numbers.

You will define what a manager in this role should own, translate data into actionable trends, and craft fair targets for Riverside, CA teams, elevating the function from day one.

Competenze

• 8+ years steering business projects end to end.
• Experience delivering in a remote structure.
• Portfolio demonstrating competency mapping.
• Familiarity with HRIS and People Management.
