Job summary

WIN Home Inspection is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while partnering with managers to design effective hiring strategies.

You will use Greenhouse ATS, analyze metrics, and craft creative sourcing tactics for active and passive candidates in a 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data to inform recruitment decisions and improvements.
• Familiarity with interview design and structured hiring processes.
• Must have worked with Product-Based companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri with updates.
• Maintain recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS with accurate candidate tracking.
• Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout hiring.
