Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning initiatives, and TA operations while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

As a key member of Human Resources, you will drive innovative recruiting solutions, develop team capabilities, and partner closely with leaders to attract top healthcare talent in support of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of HR experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws affecting talent acquisition.
• Excellent consulting, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver effective recruitment solutions and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead integrated recruitment strategies to improve pipeline from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliant, consistent assessment and selection processes across recruitment activities.
• Coach and develop recruiters to enhance tech use, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Partner with workforce development to align recruiting with organizational priorities.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
• Lead recruitment analytics to measure outcomes and optimize processes.
