Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategy and staffing for Company-Owned field operations. You will manage recruiters across regions, drive seasonal staffing readiness, and optimize recruiting systems and partnerships.

You’ll partner with COO field leaders, oversee vendor relationships (CareerPlug, Indeed, UKG Onboarding), and deliver analytics to inform workforce decisions. The role is remote with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business preferred.
• 5+ years in high-volume recruiting or HR.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to forecast staffing needs.
• Lead COO Talent Team and coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Partner with field leaders to understand recruiting needs and timelines.
• Oversee vendor relationships and onboarding integrations.
• Analyze Staffing Funnel and recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
