Collectors is seeking a recruiting leader to drive evolution, scaling, and ongoing management of our high-volume recruiting function across production operations, grading, authentication, and evergreen roles.

You will own end-to-end infrastructure, strategy, and a team of Recruiters and Candidate Experience Leads, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Remote US candidates will be considered, with in-person collaboration preferred at Santa Ana or Jersey City offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume or operations-based hiring.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead domestic and international recruiting strategy and scaling for high-volume hiring.
• Oversee revamp of recruiting operations with design-minded improvements.
• Develop and manage international recruiting programs and capacity models.
• Build perpetual talent pipelines through partnerships, campus programs and innovative sourcing.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement and vendor management; drive reporting and analytics.
