Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a remote, full-time seasonal role. The position focuses on sourcing seasonal tax preparers and supporting field leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You will post openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications while managing UKG ATS records across multiple hiring managers. Duration: Oct 2026 – Feb 27, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ATS (UKG or CareerPlug is a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the recruitment team, internal partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job positions, required skills, education, and candidate profiles.
• Post job openings, source and screen candidates, review resumes, and schedule interviews using various job boards.
• Coordinate, manage, and attend virtual job fairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities in the ATS (UKG).
• Keep consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Review and update job opportunities in UKG ATS to attract high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate the interview and new hire process between hiring managers and candidates.
• Actively network through social media and platforms to build a pipeline of interested candidates.
