Employer.com, in the business of talent acquisition services, seeks a go-to-market (GTM) Recruiter on a 6-month contract to help build out its sales and revenue teams.

You will partner with GTM leaders, own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, source passive candidates, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role requires experience hiring account executives, sales engineers, and SDRs/BDRs at tech companies, with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM and sales focus.
• Track record of hiring account executives, sales engineers, SDRs/BDRs, and sales leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
• Experience collaborating with sales leaders and managing multiple reqs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data-driven recruiting approaches.

Responsabilités

• Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand roles and build hiring plans.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles from sourcing to close.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals.
• Screen candidates for sales skills, quota attainment, and culture fit.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation trends for GTM roles.
• Provide timely communication and keep candidates engaged.
• Maintain ATS data and report on pipeline health.
