Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote contractor role in the PST time zone. You will coordinate recruiting efforts, schedule interviews across multiple time zones, manage the ATS, and conduct audits to ensure data integrity.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll ensure a smooth recruitment process, support referral programs, and help with candidate communications and scheduling logistics.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Depp experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook at volume with a large panel of attendees
• Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) in multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Manage logistics for various TA programs such as the Employee Referral Program, compliance programs, candidate reference checks, etc.
• Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
• Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.
• Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.
