Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (phone, in-person, video).
• Drive scheduling to ensure timely interviews.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience with detailed interview/travel information.
• Support job postings, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist onboarding: compile data, enter in HRIS, complete checklists, background checks.
