Responsibilities include maintaining candidate profiles in Workday, managing interview scheduling, and providing clear communication between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of recruiting coordination or related administrative work preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting stages, candidate communication, interview arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming candidate emails and recruiter requests, identify scheduling needs, and organize pending tasks by interview stage, urgency, and outstanding dependencies.
• Maintain candidate profiles and interview stages in Workday, checking contact information, assigned recruiters, and current status before updates.
• Coordinate interview calendars through scheduling tools, confirming candidate and interviewer availability before sending invitations and meeting details.
• Send candidates interview confirmations and instructions for joining remote conversations, ensuring messages match planned interviews.
• Respond to routine candidate inquiries about interview timing and hiring steps, directing questions to the assigned recruiter.
