Job summary

Cologix, Inc. is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for Data Center Operations. This 4-5 month assignment focuses on attracting and screening diverse, highly qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will collaborate with managers to craft descriptions, post openings, screen, interview, and drive offers, ensuring compliance and effective salary discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments for operations-focused roles (HVAC, Mechanical, Technician) is helpful.
• Experience with an ATS (Lever preferred).
• Bilingual French/English is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes.
• Schedules interviews for all roles and communicates with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Completes initial screenings of candidates and makes recommendations to the hiring team.
• Assists with and drives the interview process, attending and conducting feedback sessions with managers and directors.
• Collaborates during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintains recruiting databases and Lever for reporting accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
