Job summary

Cologix, headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for Data Center Operations. This remote role covers a leave of 4-5 months and focuses on attracting and screening diverse talent while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and guiding offers and salary discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred
Experience recruiting in high-volume environment for operations roles such as HVAC, Mechanical, Technician is helpful
Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and stakeholders
Experience with ATS (Lever) preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
Bilingual French/English required

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
Post and advertise jobs
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Screen candidates and recommend movers forward in the process
Assist with and drive the interview process including feedback sessions
Assist with salary ranges, start dates, and offer details
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Maintain recruiting databases and Lever for reporting
Performs other duties as assigned
