SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own full-cycle recruitment for entry- and mid-level roles. This remote position supports the HR team, with travel to Melville, NY headquarters three times per year for internal meetings and team building.

You will source, screen, interview, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company values.

• 0-2 years of relevant recruiting or related experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and candidate management abilities

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake and other tools
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks, and maintain accurate candidate records
