Job summary

Remote Hero is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team on a full-time, remote basis. You will source candidates for professional roles across Latin America and conduct screening calls in English for U.S.-based openings.

This role rewards proactive sourcing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines. Base compensation is $600 USD per month, with up to 30 days of PTO and a commission opportunity after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing experience in recruiting.
• Ability to conduct screening calls and interviews in English.
• Capable of managing multiple open positions.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Available full-time 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for professional roles across Latin America.
• Cold source via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media and other channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who match client requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews in English.
• Evaluate candidates for experience, communication, professionalism, culture fit.
• Present strong candidates to the Remote Hero team.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and recruiting activity.
• Follow up with candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Build and maintain a network of professionals for future openings.
• Work with the team to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting results.
• Help create an excellent candidate experience from outreach to placement.
