Job summary

Avomind is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to connect top talent with hyper-growth firms. You will drive outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, source via LinkedIn and other platforms, screen candidates, manage interview logistics, and advise on the candidate landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-driven environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and improve.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities in an agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls to assess fit for roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics with Project and Client Managers.
• Advise on candidate landscape and trends to ensure client success.
• Own the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
