Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to source and screen candidates and drive top talent into our innovative workforce. This role supports a flexible, part-time schedule (~29 hours per week) and requires strong communication and a track record in recruitment.

You will use SuccessFactors to disposition candidates, participate in weekly TA meetings, and pursue continuous learning through training and AI tools to stay ahead in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and candidate screening processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively screen and present quality candidates.
• Participate in weekly Talent Acquisition team meetings to align strategies.
• Manage candidate progression in the ATS (SuccessFactors) and log interactions.
