Responsibilities

• Support hiring needs across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and build hiring solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
• Create compensation package proposals and lead negotiation/offer processes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report progress to managers.
• Track key recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Develop relationships with universities and industry groups to attract talent.
