Job summary

Company 3, located in Vancouver, BC (Remote), is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Associate to support recruitment across artistic, admin, operations, finance, engineering and managerial roles. This role is full‑cycle, partnering with internal client groups to meet hiring targets and drive end‑to‑end recruitment from intake to offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate recruitment.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred but not required.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Filter, Sort, basic formulas).
• Experience with ATS and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment from intake to sourcing, screen, interview, and offer.
• Partner with hiring teams to fulfill hiring goals and provide market recommendations.
• Provide real‑time market conditions and guidance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with TA, HR and TA Director to calibrate hiring expectations.
• Drive job postings, requisition creation, interview scheduling and offer process.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and social media; build online networks while maintaining candidate experience.
