Qualifications

• At least five years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties or roles.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple ATS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar.
• Ability to manage concurrent searches with strong follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle searches end to end from intake to placement.
• Build a sourcing strategy using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create or coordinate job postings and develop a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews aligned to search scope.
• Coordinate client and candidate updates and feedback.
