Correlation One seeks a data analytics program facilitator to support its AI and data workforce development. You will engage learners in live and asynchronous settings, monitor channels, and provide timely answers and feedback while coordinating with instructors.

Qualifications

• Data analytics professional with leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in supply chain analytics and virtual environments.
• English fluency and ability to engage adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Attend and engage in Pre-Program TA Onboarding with dates to be announced.
• Monitor Pumble channels for learner questions and respond within 24 hours.
• Foster discussion by sharing relevant links in channels and resources.
• Hold up to six 1:1 office hours weekly for learner support.
• Grade learner submissions within seven days and provide feedback.
• Submit weekly write-ups on progress and insights.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and maintain video presence.
