Correlation One is seeking a Learning Designer to design and develop enterprise training programs in data and AI for diverse professionals. You will create engaging content, activities, and assessments, ensuring learner-centered outcomes and evidence-based design.

The role supports remote delivery across regions, aligning with EST-friendly schedules. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and leverage generative AI to optimize learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Business, or related field.
• Experience in designing courses for adult learners.
• Experience designing corporate training for data and AI topics.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and clear communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira or MS Project; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• PMP/AgileITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training focused on data and AI.
• Customize curriculum with client-specific examples and case studies.
• Design interactive exercises to engage learners and promote hands-on practice.
• Create workbooks and capstone project guidelines.
• Assess programs and develop reusable learning assets.
• Review materials and provide feedback to improve learning experience.
• Iterate lessons based on feedback from instructors and learners.
• Ensure design, development, implementation, and feedback loops across delivery aspects.
• Define timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while remaining flexible.
• Analyze data to drive decisions, monitor performance, and develop KPIs.
• Manage resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
