Correlation One is seeking a remote trainer to lead hands-on sessions in promotional planning and analytics. You will deliver 30 sessions (10 full-day and 20 half-day) across markets, teaching teams how to use a client-specific tool and standardizing terminology.
Applicants should have a marketing/sales or business analysis background, with experience presenting in a virtual environment and the ability to demo tools live, even when tools misbehave. Remote work enables global recruitment.

Our partner is rolling out a new tool for planning and optimizing retail promotions across multiple global markets. Correlation One is building and delivering the training program that teaches teams how to use it.
Employees involved in planning promotions — reviewing past promotions, building new ones, and (in more advanced markets) using analytics to optimize them. Audience experience level varies by market, from complete beginners to more advanced users.
Lead training sessions that walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario, teaching the tool through the actual workflow rather than as a list of features. A core goal of the program is to establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets, replacing the fragmented, market-specific approaches currently in use.
We still finalizing exact days and times, but anticipate these sessions to run in Q4. If you are interested, please still submit an application and we will follow up with exact logistical details.
