Job summary

Correlation One is seeking a results-driven operations professional to manage live online training programs, coordinating with Program Managers to ensure seamless delivery.

You will prepare and launch training programs, handle hiring and logistics, facilitate live online classes, and troubleshoot issues while supporting learners and instructors with data-driven insights. The role requires exceptional communication and Excel skills, and offers generous PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operations or analytics experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with training programs is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
