Job summary

Correlation One is seeking Lead Instructors to deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction for AI and data programs. You will lead large online lectures, typically 30 to 300 learners, and partner with Correlation One staff to ensure outstanding learning outcomes.

You will design and conduct virtual sessions, supervise Q&A and chat, and adapt to varying schedules including weekends. Strong communication and empathy for diverse adult learners are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent educator with stellar communication skills.
Experience mentoring or supervising if no teaching experience.
Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.

Responsibilities

Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Learners.
Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow and engagement.
Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth delivery.
Be flexible in contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends.
Assist in lesson design and curriculum improvements as needed.
Maintain professionalism and timely delivery of prepared content.
