Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a T&D Operations Manager in Houston, TX. The role supports onboarding, PPE and fleet administration, project pipeline reporting, and labor-hour documentation for IRA compliance, with remote work from a home office and up to 10% travel.

The position reports to the Director of Substation Construction and requires strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. Now and then onsite travel to Qcells offices and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years in a project-based role.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, PPE, fleet records and labor-hour documentation.
• Maintain project pipeline trackers and operational dashboards.
• Support staffing, mobilization and logistics for deployment to sites.
• Develop and improve department processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational needs.
