Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) seeks a Procurement Specialist to support the purchase process for capital equipment, rentals, and related services. You will manage vendor onboarding, NDA pre-qualifications, and RFP activity, working closely with the Senior Procurement Manager.

Based in Houston, TX, this role blends hybrid office and field collaboration, traveling up to 15% as needed to support project scopes and vendor management across the EPC procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years experience in Contract Management or Procurement.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy projects preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment purchasing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Support purchase process from RFP to PO/contract execution for capital equipment and rental items.
• Identify and pre-qualify vendors, manage NDA process, maintain vendor database.
• Issue RFPs and analyze proposals for cost effectiveness and compliance.
• Assist negotiations for Master Services Agreements, rental agreements, and project-specific contracts.
• Coordinate with logistics and project teams to ensure timely procurement and onboarding.
