Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Legal team in drafting, negotiating, and managing EPC contracts.
• Review and interpret contract documents and obligations with stakeholders.
• Develop compliance trackers and manage contract execution workflows.
• Coordinate internal/external reviews and update contract templates as needed.
• Travel up to 15% as required.
