Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) is seeking a T&D Operations Manager to support daily T&D operations, coordinating onboarding, PPE, fleet administration, project pipeline reports, and labor-hour documentation. The role reports to senior management in Substation Construction and requires remote work with occasional travel.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours, a flexible home-office setup, and up to 10% travel to project sites and offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 7+ years or 9+ years total experience.
Experience in operations, project coordination, construction management or similar.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain records, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding for T&D employees with logistics, access, equipment, and project assignments.
Assist with PPE procurement and distribution with Safety and Procurement.
Maintain fleet vehicle records and project pipeline trackers.
Track labor hours for IRA compliance with project teams.
Schedule and support department meetings and travel logistics.
Support staffing, mobilization, per diem, and assignments to project locations.
Develop and improve department processes, trackers, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational needs.
