Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of networking industry experience.
• 5+ years leading PreSales Systems/ Sales/ Solutions Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing technical team of Systems Engineers.
• Define and execute account strategies with sales leadership.
• Mentor engineers and develop future leadership through succession planning.
• Engage with strategic customers and executive leadership in complex engagements.
• Drive operational excellence across customer engagements and programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feedback and direction.
