Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager for the HPE Networking Mid-Telco Accounts with a remote/teleworker setup across NA. You will lead a high-performing, customer-facing SE team supporting telco and service provider customers throughout the sales lifecycle.

The role blends people leadership with deep networking expertise, requiring strategic orchestration of technical sales, executive engagements, and architectural reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of networking industry experience.
• 5+ years leading PreSales/Solutions Engineering teams.
• Experience with service provider customers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed Systems Engineering team.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to define account strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Engage with executive customers in briefings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Provide technical leadership on routing, data center, automation, and cloud networking initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to capture customer feedback and influence product direction.
