Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of networking industry experience.
• 5+ years leading PreSales Systems Engineering/Solutions Engineering teams.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and partnering with Sales leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Systems Engineering team.
• Define and execute account strategies with Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers.
• Support strategic customer opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and drive career development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
