Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 6+ years in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with desktop OS management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated desktop management solutions.
• Develop automation runbooks and reusable frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize desktop environments for high availability and security.
• Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex issues with automated resolutions.
