Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Systems Analyst to collaborate with business, clinical, and IT partners across the SPM lifecycle. You will analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support digital solutions, including dashboards and reports, with a focus on ServiceNow capabilities and HR/business processes.

Remote role with expected Mountain Time business hours, occasional off-hours support, and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysis, design, configuration and support of business/financial or clinical information systems.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specifications for UX designers, software developers, data architects, QA testers, usability evaluators, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, HR Case Management, Lifecycles and Journeys, and reporting/analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with Workday and HR business processes.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering and workflow automation tools.
• Related certifications such as ITIL Foundations, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum.

Responsibilities

• User support: handles operational systems tasks and maintenance; resolves issues per SLAs and IT/DTS standards.
• Requirements gathering: documents requirements via stakeholder interviews, research, and feedback.
• Analytics: supports dashboards and reports, translates metrics into insights.
• Project management: helps create schedules, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Digital and ServiceNow SME: guides solution concepts and enables adoption within governance.
• Usability: applies usability research and data analysis to improve solutions.
• Quality Assurance: follows testing methodologies to ensure tool quality.
• Training: contributes to training materials and knowledge sharing.
