The position is fully remote with minimal travel; typical hours are MT work time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing and supporting business/financial or clinical information systems.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HR modules and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Workday and HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• User support: handle operational systems tasks and day-to-day needs.
• Requirements gathering: document requirements from stakeholders and interviews.
• Analytics: assist in dashboards and reports creation and management.
• Project management: help create and manage project schedules and priorities.
• ServiceNow SME: guide solution concepts and light development/configuration within standards.
• Usability: apply usability research and data analysis in solution development.
• Quality Assurance: follow testing methodologies to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Training: contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing.
