Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a Systems Analyst / Manager to maintain reliable cloud-based systems and integrations for our client. This hands-on role blends technical problem-solving with operational support and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring cloud applications, investigating issues, troubleshooting API connectivity and security, and developing scripts to streamline support tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud platforms, integrated systems, and production operations.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, API security, and at least one scripting language.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and business stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred: exposure to healthcare interoperability standards, particularly FHIR.

The Role
