The role supports enterprise-class server systems for packaged and custom applications and requires clear communication with end-users, peers, and management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification

Responsibilities

• Administer server systems to ensure continued operations.
• Research warnings, errors, and issues to determine root cause and implement solutions.
• Revise and streamline processes as needed.
• Respond to requests and incidents in the designated queue.
• Coordinate support with vendors and on-site personnel.
• Implement new server systems according to change control processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to technicians.
• Document new processes and update documentation.
• Develop recommendations for enhancing support services.
• Design and plan implementations based on customer requirements and vendor recommendations.
• Provide bi-weekly status updates for current projects.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate resources and meetings.
• Other duties as required.
